Just a quick note here. I was frustrated and ready to give up and do my signature six-week sprint to lose some weight, just to see some faster progress. However, I shared that plan with someone I trust, and they helped me realize that I was lying to myself. I was not following my plan, and that was why I was unhappy with my progress.
After I got over being mad at hearing I wasn’t doing the work, I was re-inspired!
Today was the best nutrition day I’ve had in a long time. I ate completely according to my guidelines and even food shopped and prepped earlier than usual so I’m starting my week off rested! I’m excited for what this week will hold!
And I decided to blog for accountability, since that was a missing piece for me.
