I finally ate according to my food plan completely today. Blogging is working! At lunch, I REALLY wanted a sandwich and something fried. But I sat down and ate my chicken breast with green beans, kale shake and carrots with peanut butter.
And for dinner, man I was so tired. I wanted chips and guacamole. But I remembered BEFORE I made that choice that I would have to own that decision publicly. I mean, eventually I’ll wear it, but that consequence seems too far away to motivate me.
