Two Weeks!

It’s past my bedtime so I’ll make this snappy. I stayed on my plan today, making it two weeks of consistency, with a slip up three days in on a Tuesday. 

This is very exciting and I’m employing the habit strategy of “don’t break the chain” and saying no because you have a bigger yes you’re choosing. All that means is I said no to going out for ice cream because I was saying yes to consistency and meal plans, and that yes is bigger.
